Maintenance of Records and Trust Accounts by Auctioneers

In this course, participants will learn aspects of the Wisconsin Statutes and Administrative Code and Rules that pertain to trust funds and accounts and record keeping. Record keeping for auctioneers in general, for those who auction livestock, and for those who auction motor vehicles will be discussed. Participants will learn to recognize improper conduct relating to trust funds and the maintenance of records in Wisconsin through the analysis of various case studies.
