Trends & Opportunities in Auctioning Real Estate: Residential, Commercial & Farm

We will begin with an overview of trends in the real estate auction industry and how auctioneers might capitalize on them. The residential, commercial and industrial, and agricultural real estate markets will then be discussed in detail. Emphasis will be placed on identifying specific properties that may be effectively marketed at auction, as well as the unique challenges associated with these property categories. We will also focus on identifying potential sellers of real property assets and on opportunities to build our real estate auction business in today’s market.
