Building Business through Persuasive Selling
Even with a great reputation and a detailed marketing proposal, an auctioneer
may lose business if he or she can’t “make the sale” when
seated across the table from a potential client. This course will introduce
the importance of persuasive selling in auction marketing, the attributes
of successful persuasive sellers and effective negotiators, the keys for
successful presentations/negotiations, and techniques for dealing with
difficult clients. Participants will learn about two important persuasive
selling models, and how to handle questions and answers (the “deal
breaker”) in a selling situation.
