Payment
Payment for all courses is due upon your enrollment in the course. No walk-in registrations will be accepted at the course sites. Enroll early as courses fill quickly!
Payment may be made in the form of an approved credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through this secure site, or by check. Enrollments made through the website will be confirmed with you by mail or by email. If you wish to pay by check, please print out the Course Enrollment Form provided on this website and mail it to Novalis.
Cancellation
"No shows" who fail to attend class or those who start but do not complete a class are not entitled to a refund of any portion of your tuition paid.
If you do not adhere to Novalis's on-site attendance policy and as a result do not meet the attendance criterion established by the state, you will not receive a certificate of completion for the course nor will you be entitled to a refund of your tuition.
If you cancel more than 5 days prior to the start of a class, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 5 days prior to the start of your course or program of courses, you will not receive a refund but may make up the course at another location or on another date at no charge.
Cancellations must be made (i) by telephone, or (ii) by e-mail.
Novalis reserves the right to cancel classes, and will provide a full refund to students in the event of cancellation.
This cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. There will be no exceptions.
