7-Hour National USPAP Update Course

The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice has achieved almost universal acceptance in the U.S. as the standard for both ethical behavior and competent performance for appraisers. Illinois Classroom Offerings

For each license renewal, appraisers must take 28 hours of approved continuing education of which 7 hours must be Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. This course is approved for 7 hours of appraiser continuing education in the State of Illinois by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's Division of Banks and Real Estate (Course #175.0001093).
