Novalis is committed to providing quality education to real estate appraisers, with a focus on the appraisal of income producing properties. Our instructors are practicing real estate appraisers who have valued hundreds of properties in a variety of markets. We are experts in valuation theory and methods, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, negotiating and communicating with clients, building business, selling skills, and strategic management for appraisal and real estate services firms. And not only are we practicing appraisers, we're experienced appraisal educators and curriculum developers as well.

Registration:
On site registration/check-in begins 60 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time for the class. All participants must show state-issued picture I.D. and provide license number for state credit. Remember that all courses begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Please plan accordingly as late arrivals will not be admitted.
